If there is a problem with the product or subscription you purchased, you have 7 days to request a refund. If you have a problem with one of our services, such as website development or design, you must notify us within 5 business days of the service’s start date via written email.

- 13 Stripes is not responsible for any code optimization, site speed or SEO issues caused by website redesign or development unless SEO services are purchased and paid for.
- 13 Stripes is not liable if the website fails to load properly on less commonly used devices with unusual dimensions or pixel ratios.
- Unless that extra service is purchased and paid for, 13 Stripes is not responsible for optimising images provided by the client into any other format.
- 13 Stripes is not responsible for any copyright issues, claims or other user experience issues caused by the design, content, images or another material provided by the client.
- 13 stripes is not liable for damages that are caused by interruption of any third-party services or plugins.
We at 13 stripes commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best services. Every single service that you choose is thoroughly developed, checked for defects and bugs. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our services.
Sadly, there are times when we may not be able to provide some services due to any reason. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We will revise your returned services as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take up to 30 business days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
